Life happens and we roll with it. For outdoor sessions, we always keep a close eye on the forecast and have backup dates or alternative locations in mind. If the unexpected comes up, we will work together to reschedule or adjust the plan so the moment still feels right.

What happens if it rains (or something unexpected happens)?

Your edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery where they are easy to view, download, and share. Everything is beautifully curated and easy to access. 

How will we receive our final images?

You will have personal printing rights to all delivered images, meaning you can print them wherever and whenever you would like. We retain the copyright, but you are welcome to share your images with friends and family. Just as memories are meant to be.

Will we have printing rights or copyright to our images?

Absolutely. I believe they are some of the most meaningful parts of the experience. From custom-designed heirloom albums to fine art prints and wall collections, I help you preserve your memories in a way that lasts for generations. These are not just keepsakes, they are part of your legacy.

Do you offer albums, prints, or framing?

Absolutely. Every image delivered is edited. Light retouching is included for minor distractions where needed (think removing exit signs). You can also enhance your entire photo gallery with advanced AI retouching. Say goodbye to glasses glare, flyaway hairs, blemishes, and more for a beautifully polished, picture-perfect finish that is still true to life.

Do you edit or retouch all the photos?

You will receive a preview gallery within a couple of weeks, and your full gallery is typically ready in 6–8 weeks (weddings) or 3–4 weeks (portraits/events). Albums and printed artwork take a bit longer since each one is custom-made to order, but they are always worth the wait. I will keep you updated every step of the way.

When will we get our gallery, prints, or album?

Yes, and I love to. I’m happy to travel for your story, whether it’s a wedding in the Hudson Valley, a celebration in New England, or a proposal abroad. Travel fees vary based on distance, but I will always be transparent and build it into your custom proposal. A location within approximately 40 miles from zip code 10591 is usually exempt from any travel fees. 

Do you travel for shoots? If so, what are the travel fees?

After a quick consultation to ensure we are the right fit, you will receive a booking proposal with your chosen package, agreement, and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, we are all set!

How do we officially book you?

Yes, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit officially reserve your date on my calendar. Until those are in place, dates remain open to other inquiries. Once you are booked, you are fully locked in.

Do you require a retainer or deposit to reserve our date?

As soon as you’re ready. I take on a limited number of weddings and sessions each year to give every client my full attention, so dates can fill quickly. This is especially true on weekends from May thru October. If your date is set, I’d love to hear from you.
